How do your products fit?
Details of size and fit for each product are displayed under the SIZE CHART tab.
How do I care for my printed Amboh tees?
To ensure that your Amboh tees and print last long, follow these steps:
- Turn your clothes inside out before putting in them in the washing machine.
- Wash your t-shirts with cold water.
- Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
- Do not iron directly on the prints. Iron inside out or on the backside (where there is no design printed). Always use a low setting.
- After washing, dry low or hang dry. If hang dry, turn your t-shirt inside out when drying. Dry your t-shirt in shade to prevent color fade.
Do you have a storefront?
Currently, all of our products are available online.
I tried to sign in to my account, but don't remember my password. What do I do now?
If you don’t remember your Amboh account password, you can reset it using the steps below:
- On the Amboh Online Store website, at the top-right, click LOGIN.
- On the pop-up that appears, click LOST YOUR PASSWORD.
- Enter your email or username created during signup and click RESET PASSWORD.
- A link with the subject Password Reset Request for Amboh Online Store
will be sent to your email. Use it to reset your password. If you don’t see the email in your primary inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
If you are still not able to log in, drop a mail at support@amboh.in and we will help you out.
How will I know that my order is placed successfully?
Once your order is placed successfully:
- A Thank You page displays your order details.
- You will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.
The order was not successful but money was deducted. What do I do?
- First of all relax. Your money is safe.
- Check if your account was debited. You will generally get an SMS and/or email from your bank regarding the debit. If your account has been debited inspite of payment failure, the amount is normally auto-refunded within 10 business days.
- Get in touch with us at support@amboh.in and we will help you out.
Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
Currently we don’t have COD option.
Are there any hidden fees or charges?
The price mentioned for each product is inclusive of all fees and charges. For some products, an additional shipping charge may apply which will be mentioned on the product as well as checkout page.
The payment failed, what do I do now?
- If you are using Net banking or card for payment, confirm if the details you entered are correct.
- Check if your account is debited. You will generally get an SMS and/or email from your bank regarding the debit. If your account has been debited inspite of payment failure, the amount is normally auto-refunded within 10 business days.

When will I get my order?
Once the order is shipped, it will be delivered in 1-3 business days for metros and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may be affected by public holidays, bandhs or extreme weather conditions.
Important: Custom sneakers are made-to-order and will be shipped in 5-7 business days. The delivery time is same as mentioned before.
Do you charge for shipping?
We provide free shipping for all orders above Rs. 450 in India. For orders below Rs. 450, an additional shipping charge is payable and is mentioned checkout page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped out, you’ll receive an SMS from our logistics partner with tracking ID and a web link to track your order.
What if my order is undelivered?
For prepaid orders, if our logistics partner is unable to deliver your order, they will send it back to us. Once we receive the product, we will initiate a refund. The amount will be refunded to the mode used during payment.
What are your return policy terms?

- To apply for return, send an email to support@amboh.in within 3 days of delivery.
- Hand painted sneakers are made-to-order and not eligible for returns.
- Items that have been used, washed or soiled are not eligible for returns. All the original tags and packaging that the item came with must be intact.
- Free returns are possible only in case of defect or manufacturing issue. To be eligible for a free return, send an email with images of the defect to support@amboh.in. Once the defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a pickup from the same shipping address.
What are your refund policy terms?
- Items that have been used, washed or soiled are not eligible for refunds. All the original tags and packaging that the item came with must be intact.
- Refunds are possible only in case of defect or manufacturing issue.
- To be eligible for a refund, send an email with images of the defect to support@amboh.in. Once the defect is confirmed, we will refund the amount to the mode used for payment at the time of purchase. The amount may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
- Items purchased on discount are not eligible for refund, except for defect or manufacturing issue.
What are your exchange policy terms?
- Hand painted sneakers are made-to-order and not eligible for exchange.
- To apply for exchange, send an email to support@amboh.in within 3 days of delivery. Once confirmed, we will arrange for the exchange.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation must be requested within 3 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on the Amboh Online Store.
- Under Account, click Orders.
- Find your order and click Cancel beside the order.
- Once we confirm the the cancellation, the amount will be refunded. It may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
